Audrey Murphy serves Hackensack Meridian Health as
Executive VP, Co-Chief Legal O昀케cer and Chief O昀케cer
of Team Member Health and Safety. She previously
served as the Executive VP, Chief Legal O昀케cer at
Hackensack University Medical Center and Hackensack University Health Network. Prior to joining
HUMC, Ms. Murphy worked as a Critical Care Nurse,
Nurse Manager / Supervisor and Clinical Specialist.
Audrey earned multiple degrees at Pace University:
her J.D. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law and
both BSN and MSN degrees from the Lienhard School
of Nursing/College of Health Professions. Her awards
include 2026 NJBIZ Law Powerlist, 2019 NJBIZ General
Counsel of the Year, 2016 Pace University Innovator
and 2015 NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business.
Audrey, widowed in 2025, resides in Washington
Township. Her three adult children, Kelly, Marilyn
and Harrison reside in NYC.
